Shloka joined ICA as a Risk Analyst in September 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the risk management team. In this role, Shloka collaborates with clients across diverse industries such as real estate, and hospitality, ensuring that their risk profiles are well-assessed and managed efficiently. With expertise in financial risk, Shloka excels at identifying policy enhancements and delivering tailored results that serve client needs effectively.
Before joining ICA, Shloka gained extensive experience in finance and auditing. At Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, she conducted statutory and tax audits for clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and trained interns in advanced compliance practices. As a Finance Intern at The Pierre Hotel, a Taj Hotel in New York, she implemented strategies that enhanced financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Shloka holds a double master’s degree, including a Master of Science in Financial Risk Management from Pace University, New York and a Master’s in Commerce (Advanced Accountancy) from the University of Mumbai, India. Additionally, she successfully completed IPCC (Integrated Professional competency course) as part of her chartered accountancy journey. Outside of work, Shloka is passionate about dance, having trained for over 11 years in Indian classical dance, and she finds joy in travel and exploring places as well as documenting it widely.
