Bob joined ICA as a Senior Consultant where he focuses his efforts on managing the total cost of risk for his clients through various risk identification, risk transfer, and risk retention techniques. Bob leans on a wealth of experience in the insurance world where he has served as a certified Property & Casualty claims adjuster for a global insurance provider, holding licenses in 48 states, managing claims from first-party property to third-party litigated bodily injury and property damage. Approaching his career as a ‘lifelong learner’, Bob also served as a market research analyst to further his understanding of the insurance industry. He has also been a broker where he worked with clients that understood and appreciated the value enterprise risk management brought to their organization(s). This well-rounded experience has led Bob to a career in consulting since 2017.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas More University. He is a certified licensed insurance consultant in Kentucky and Indiana as well as a certified licensed Risk Manager in Texas. Bob has earned various claim law designations including the Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), Fraud Claim Law Associate (FCLA), Casualty Claim Law Associate (CCLA), and Automobile Claim Law Associate (ACLA). He has also earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation by the National Underwriter Company in 2015. In 2016, Bob was bestowed the Honorable title of ‘Kentucky Colonel’ by the Governor of Kentucky for his outstanding service to the community, state, and nation. Bob was also awarded the ‘Next Generation Leadership Award’ (NGLA) in Northern Kentucky that same year. He is an active member of the Society of Risk Management Consultants.
Outside of ICA, Bob spends his time with his wife and three daughters. He serves his local community by currently sitting on his city’s Board of Adjustment, where previously, he served as Commissioner on his local county’s Planning & Zoning Commission.
